Description
Are intended for sterilization of ready canned food. Are included in the package of the equipment of technological production lines of fruit and berry natural juice; grape juice; fruit marinades, compotes, jam and jams; fruit puree, sauce and jam; natural vegetable canned food and marinades; tomato juice; the concentrated tomatoprodukt; vegetable snack canned food.
Main knots: the case, a cover, baskets, the program regulator, fittings for connection to the highway of steam, water, air and descent of condensate.
The case welded, dvukhstenny, with the bottom. On the case branch pipes with flanges for connection of the autoclave to the highway of steam, water, air and descent of condensate, and also the union for the manometer, the thermometer and sensors of the program regulator are provided. In the bottom of the case the steam bubbler and a drain branch pipe with a glass are located.
The cover of the case has the counterbalancing device facilitating it opening and closing, a branch pipe for a supply of water and the union for installation of the safety valve and the probnospuskny crane.
The program regulator automatically conducts sterilization process.
The baskets filled with banks install in the device one on another then the cover is closed, fill the device with water and give steam. The air compressor creates and supports constant pressure in system. After time necessary for sterilization, couples and water from the device through special branches the arriving cold water gradually forces out. After cooling of a basket with cans unload from the device.
