Description
The vacuum and evaporating A2-OBB installation for a condensation of whole, skim milk, serum, and also for receiving the concentrated juice and wine materials.
Design
- Consists of consistently connected heaters, a pasteurizer, a vyderzhivatel, evaporating devices, the condenser, pumps and system of automatic control.
- As the heat carrier sharp and secondary steam is used.
- The vacuum in installations is created by means of the steam-ejecting pump.
- The product coming to installation consistently passes all devices.
- Evaporation comes under vacuum from a film of the liquid which is flowing down on an internal surface of vertical pipes.
- Depending on quality of an initial product of installation work in a continuous cycle from 12 to 17,5 hours then switching on the sink mode is made.
